• Vinification: Fermented and matured (7-9 months) in French, Hungarian and American oak barriques

J. Lohr Seven Oaks Paso Robles Cabernet Sauvignon 2021

A deep red, powerful wine with intense aromas of black cherry, plum, blueberry, hazelnut and dark chocolate. The firm tannins are beautifully balanced by juicy fruit, spices and a long finish. The grapes come from the vast vineyards in Paso Robles, where warm days and cool nights give the wines their complexity and structure.

• Grapes: Cabernet Sauvignon (89%), Petite Sirah (9%), Cabernet Franc (1%), Petit Verdot (1%)
• Alcohol percentage: 14%
• Vinification: Fermentation in stainless steel tanks, followed by 12 months maturation in American oak barrels (18.5% new)
