Gustave Lorentz Cremant d'Alsace Zero Dosage 2022

Subtle, elegant and fresh. Delicious aromas of Granny Smith, pear and white flowers. Fine bubbles. The Cremant is made in the same way as Champagne. Zero Dosage means that no sugars have been added. This ensures the freshness.

Serve at 5 to 7 degrees Celsius as an aperitif and of course with (starters with) crustaceans and shellfish.

In October 2022 we were with Gustave Lorentz and tasted this Cremant d'Alsace Zero Dosage during an extensive tasting. What a surprise this Cremant. So fresh and elegant, fresh apples a beautiful mousse and beautiful fine bubbles. We knew immediately that this would be a new addition.

Grapes: 74% Auxerrois/Pinot Blanc, 21% Chardonnay and 5% Riesling.

Alcohol: 12%
