The wine undergoes traditional vinification in stainless steel barrels and then matures for 14 months in oak, with 40% renewed annually for balance and character.

With an aromatic intensity of blackberry, raspberry, orange peel and licorice, this wine offers a full and balanced taste, laced with subtle notes of chocolate and supple tannins.
