Croft Pink Port

A special Port that can be drunk nice and cold, even with ice, but is also delicious at room temperature.

Croft Pink is perhaps most like a light-footed rubyport with the enticing scent and taste of berries and cherries. In addition, aromas of raspberry, blossom, honey and grapefruit dominate. 'Pink' is not aged in wood and therefore has a lively fresh style and is also extra seductive thanks to a playful fruity aftertaste that always makes you long for a new sip. The Pink Port comes into its own as an aperitif and accompaniment to roasted almonds, olives, toasts and charcuterie. The sublime combination with minimally sweetened desserts and fruit salads speaks for itself.

By briefly soaking traditional red port grapes in cool water and then fermenting the light-colored fruit juice - also at a low temperature - the basis for this surprisingly tasty and completely unique port is created. With this wine a new category has been added to the impressive and diverse range of port wines.
